Cosmetic treatments and plastic surgery used to be a “taboo” topic. No one talked about it or would disclose “what they’ve had done” in fear of being perceived as fake or trying to hide something. It was previously believed that only rich people or really crazy people would want to change the way they look.
Welcome to August 2020, where America has been mostly stuck in their homes since March, unable to travel, go to the gym, hang out with extended family, go to school or even remotely make plans for the rest of the year. Ready for a break, mama? We all know it’s hard to get away from your daily routine and leave your kids and husband for a weekend. But guess what? You don’t know how bad you need it until you DO IT! Thinking about becoming a stay at home mom soon?
Becoming a stay at home mom (SAHM) with your babies is a total dream job for some people. Pajamas, the comfort of your home, your sweet baby, endless snuggles, and precious time watching your little one grow up before your eyes… the possibilities are endless.
I don’t know about you, but I have a strong desire to be a “Max-Out” Mama. My goal is to MAX OUT my life in every area, by making the most out of each role and responsibility that I have. Each day we’re given the opportunity to create our own stories, which raises the question: What kind of life do YOU want to live?
For many of us, working out can be a bittersweet activity. Sure, we might desire to be healthy and in decent shape, but how do you find the time AND energy to make it a consistent part of your life? How do you become a workout mama?
