Upon having a new baby, everyone tells you how little you will sleep, how in love you will be, and how nothing else in the world will matter. While all of this is true, no one tells you how absolutely terrible you will look and feel.
If you checked out “An Ode To Your Last Baby,” a couple weeks ago, you know my sweet little MJ turned one. In a massive transition from sappy to happy I wanted to share some of the details of her luau first birthday party and how you can, too.
One of the most exciting things about welcoming a new baby, (outside of adding a precious member to your family!) is designing the nursery. When you see the finished product, the room that your sweet newborn will call his/her own, it makes their arrival so much more real!
I don’t know about you, but I’m the mom with a million things on her brain at all times. Whether it’s meal-planning, scheduling the babes’ days, operating a side hustle, or dreaming about the next time I can take a shower in peace, my mind is always running.
Although wine is my career, I am by no means a wine snob or expert. If you’re anything like us, your man can be SO HARD to buy for. What on Earth could make him feel loved, appreciated, and important on a day dedicated JUST TO HIM? Our guys do so much for us and it’s hard to reel in the perfect Father’s Day gift ideas.
