Before I became a mom, I never understood why others would publicly be excited about sending their kids back to school. First and foremost, I want to extend our deepest condolences to all of the families of victims in the most recent school shooting in Texas and all of the families who have lost loved ones in tragedy. We simply cannot imagine losing a child in any scenario and are praying for healing and understanding during this difficult time. We hope this post offers some hope and ignites action and change.

It’s safe to say Hawaii is one of the most enchanting destinations in the world. I’ve been to four of the Hawaiian Islands, and each is spectacular in its own way. And while we know it’s romantic, and full of adventure, I’ve been asked plenty of times… “Is a Hawaii a good place to vacation with kids?”
