Being an adult is super fun until you come down with a headache. I mean really, you’re expected to continue doing your job, even when you feel like your eyes may pop out. At this point in your headache, losing your eyes sounds like it might not be too bad. I’ve been there more times than I can count and it’s pretty miserable. I’ve got some tricks I always use when trying to get fast headache relief.. and one of them night surprise you!
[ReviewDisclaimer]
I get headaches pretty frequently but not enough to be alarming (or go to the doctor). BUT, anytime I do start to feel a throb deep in my head, I know what I’m in for. Nine times out of ten I DON’T have time to stay home and nurse myself back to feeling normal again. Like most parents, I’m working, taking the clothes off Barbie, throwing in laundry, driving while listening to baby shark for the nineteenth time that day and a headache is a pure inconvenience.
Headaches are pretty annoying but most of the time, it’s a reaction to something you’ve done to your body that makes it ache. Too much sugar? Not enough water? Allergy season? Didn’t feel like going to the doctor for the antibiotic you probably need for a sinus infection? Knowing “where” the cause of the headache is coming from can help you target how to fix it.
For general headaches, I’ve got some specific tricks that help the nagging go away that I SWEAR by. Need fast headache relief? You’re in the right place!
Dislcaimer: This is in NO way medical advice but a persona experience. Please seek a doctor.
Insider trick: Pedialyte sells these nifty little single powders packs to through in your purse. Mix ’em in with your water bottle and you’re on your way to fast(er) headache relief!
Do you feel better yet? I’m telling you, every time I come down with a headache, these 4 steps save me EVERY TIME! If you’re still struggling with headaches, you may consider Botox or Cryotherapy to help.
What are your GO TO remedies for headache relief?

Love the idea of using peppermint oil! I try to avoid painkillers if it isn’t too bad – this seems like a really good alternative!

I’ve never heard of drinking pedialyte for a headache but then if you are dehydrated or haven’t gotten good nutrition, that’s what it’s good for. Hmmm.
